The higher the sale price, the higher the rebate. Buyers of new construction can be eligible for the maximum rebate of 1% of the sales price. To qualify for ANY of our cash rebates you MUST contact us prior to looking at homes. With new construction we MUST accompany you on your FIRST visit to any site in order to qualify for our rebate. Any employee of State Farm, CTX, Maxwell House, The City of Jacksonville, The Duval County School System or The University of North Florida automatically qualifies for our corporate relocation program. Whether your company moves 2 employees or 200 per year, we offer complete relocation services PLUS buyer rebates and cost-effect listing commissions.
