We provide all closing services and attend closing. The fee is $100 at the time the contract is written and 1% of the sales price at closing.

2. COOPERATION. We bring our qualified buyer to you, write a binding agreement and provide all closing services. The fee if we represent only the buyer and handle their closing services is 3% of the sales price. If we represent the buyer and you as a transaction broker and perform closing services for you and the buyer the fee is 3.5%.
