sell before you move.
After you arrive:
1. We
will give you a comprehensive tour of the entire area so that you will
have sufficient knowledge to select the community which best suits
your needs and lifestyle.
2. Once
you have chosen the right home I will make all the arrangement to
consummate the purchase including financing, insurance, title work,
surveys, appraisals, home inspections, termite inspections, home
warranties and everything else required to close the
transaction.
3. After
your new home is closed and you have moved in, I will continue to
assist you as you “settle-in”.
